On Friday, June 6th, we had the opportunity to pick-up all of the change that the students of Brentwood Elementary collected for Dylan's furry friend. We must admit we are still in the process of counting it and will post the amount as soon as possible, so stay tuned! We believe the total will be over $700.00, which is absolutely amazing! It is amazing how quickly pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollar bills add up.
The students of Brentwood Elementary are a truly wonderful group of kids with hearts of gold. We thank each of you for reaching out and helping Dylan and to the student council for organizing such a wonderful fund-raiser. You are making his dream come true! When Dylan's assistance dog joins him on the Brentwood Elementary campus in March of '09, know that you all had a part in getting him there!
