Well, we have completed our 2nd day of training and things are going extremely well! Yoko spent the entire night with Dylan last night, is toileting when requested and has accompanied us to the complimentary hotel breakfast & dinner today - on perfect behaviour.
Dylan just loves to feed her at mealtime, finds playing fetch the most wonderful game in the world and is learning to give her commands to do tricks, such as "Shake", "High Five" and "Give Five". Dylan enjoys this very much and can't wait to show his 1st grade classmates all of the cool things she can do!
Tomorrow will be a full day - we will begin the tracking portion of training. Keep us in your prayers - it's going to be COLD here in Ohio....high 30's/low 40's. You could say we are missing that sunny CA weather right about now!
Well, time to get some R&R for tracking tomorrow! Oh, by the way, Dylan just loves going to "Yoko Doggie School" everyday!

It sounds like Heaven on earth for Dylan. Be sure and bring a video game or movie to watch in the car. If you don't have dvd player with you we found a good one from Target for about $100 while we were in Xenia. It's called Audiovox. It is made sturdy.
